Mine has done the same thing, I'm going to just replace the springs and push rod, I will update for anyone in the future wanting to know.

Be sure to do a Leak Down test. And understand that the pressurized cylinder during the test can "help" the valve close all the way. In normal running it may not want to close

@@grahamsz28m6 I will do one, but as of now I can pull the valve up and it stays closed on its own for a second when it finally falls you can hear the air suction from it coming off from the seat. I believe that because the valve didn't fully drop it didn't hit the piston, it was just resting in place on the broken spring and when the cam pulled back it pulled the push rod away from the rocker and when it hit the lobe again it hit the rocker more towards the center since it didn't have any compression to hold in in place thus causing a bent rod.

Just a dead misfire at any RPM. I actually still drove it 30 miles. Sounded like it had a bigger cam at idle

Machine shop replaced the intake valve, and while there replaced all 8 valve springs and stem seals. Obviously replaced the bent pushrod. Vacuum checked the other 3 cylinders to be good. I think I'm 21k miles in since this video
