Thanks 😀 if only the KZitem algorithm agreed 😆 Ollie is very knowledgeable and I really appreciated his time answering my questions. It was great that he didn't mind being on camera either. Hopefully this will help other owners.

Thanks James, very informative video and many thanks to Ollie for sharing his knowledge. People with Caterhams who choose to complain about all the noise and clunking they make always entertain me somewhat.. what were you expecting..

Thanks. I think it's hard if you are a new owner to know what is normal, whatever normal is 😆. Plus the more I talk to other owners all Caterhams seem to be slightly different. I agree though I never expected a car with no noises. It's all part of the experience I think. Ollie is a lovely chap and I really appreciated his time. It was great that he wanted to share some knowledge.

Brilliant video and a really interesting topic to cover James. I’ve got a ZF LSD in my Ford casing, rebuilt by R&RT a number of years ago, still going strong with great pre-load. It is quite noisy, but checked and all’s good. I actually quite like the bangs and clanks.

Another fantastic video James, well done. I think most noise people experience with Caterham diff is just crownwheel and pinion noise as it’s always there when coming off throttle in straight line ! Suggestion for next video would be to look at the Meteor Motorsport Independent Rear Suspension kit. Want to know how it transforms the handling of the car and to what extent it makes car less prone to hopping and skipping over bumps

Hey thanks. Yes always noises of some sort or there always is in Fern. Maybe I should do a video of guess the noise 😆 that is also a good shout about meteor. Also very freaky as I'm literally emailing them now.

Brilliant and relevant video James. I would like a custom set up for my ZF. How much do Road and Race charge for this service?

Thanks I thought it would be helpful to owners. It's best to phone or email road and race transmissions. Their website is in the description of the video.
