One of the nicest, most humble, charming and genuine DJ's you'll ever meet. That's without even mentioning his talent, which is huge, take a look at the man's discography both as an artist and a producer, he took aspects of jazz, funk and rare groove and bred it with jungle breaks and production techniques to create something entirely new in the mid 90's. Very few people can honestly say they've created a completely new and original genre of music, but LTJ is one such person, nobody had ever heard something like his Horizons track back in the mid 90's, it was like the tunes he was producing had been discovered on an alien ship that had crash landed on earth, they were that fresh and original they blew every ones minds that was into Jungle back then. Don't think he gets nearly as much credit as he deserves either.

Bukem has been one of my all time favorite artists for years. Got to see him live in New Orleans ten years ago and chatted with him briefly. One of the true pioneers of dnb, and his creativity is as evident in his music as any of the greatest producers in electronic music. I sure hope hes still gracing the decks when hes 60 years old. Ill be in my mid-40s then and will be the first one on the dancefloor! Thanks for the interview Boris. Big ups!

FrogLungs hey bro are you from America? What is the jungle and drum and bass scene like out there? Do they get it really ya think? It’s pure rawness and style! And do they like drum and bass more or the jungle more!

... well, he's damn good at what he does. In the realm of drum and bass (and yes, it's only my opinion - everyone is welcome to one!) he is possibly the most consistent artist. If you haven't heard them, check out his early Yaman mix tapes. They're very very good. Best regards, Steve
