B'laster products are amazing! I highly recommend you get some PB B'laster to keep on hand for your other projects. I've used it on several of my vehicles over the years. I can't recall a rusty seized nut/bolt/exhaust/suspension component that it hasn't been able to help me remove (liquid wrench is on par with it as well). You might even want to try some of their dry lube for the garage door hinges/roller wheel things next time; it won't attract as much dust grime as a triditional lubricant. I use it on coilover suspension threads to keep the collars from seizing. It's also great for squeeky door hinges in the house.

Ive used that lubricant when i was doing a apprenticeship in the field of garage door service. Spraying it in the track is a bad practice scene dust can get stuck into the grease and gum up the rollers over time. You should spray the silicone grease into bearings on the rollers, the cable drums, and the torsion spring. You can use the silicone grease on the hinges but 3 in 1 is probably much cleaner.
