Ingredients:
500 Gms Kheema
100 Gms Soaked Chana Dal
12 Nos Peeled Garlic Cloves
½ Nos Ginger Peeled
½ Tsp Black Pepper
10 Nos Cloves
3 Nos Black Cardamom
2 Nos Cinnamon Stick
3 Nos Whole Red Chilli
Salt To Taste
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Nos Onion Chopped
1 Tsp Green Chilli Chopped
1 Tbsp Green Coriander
2 Tbsp Refined Oil
Method:
In A Pressure Cooker Add Soaked Chana Dal, Mince And All The Ingredients Except Oil, Onion, Green Chillies And Coriander With A Cup Of Water And Cook Till 4 To 5 Whistle
Open The Pressure Cooked And Allow The Mixture To Cool
Grind The Mixture On Silbatta, Or Mincer Or Mixer Grinder As Per Availability.
Remove Any Whole Spices Left In The Mince.
Add Chopped Onion, Green Chillies And Coriander To The Mixture
If Required You May Add Roasted Chana Powder To Bind The Mixture.
Divide Kebab Mixture Into Equal Portions And Form A Patty.
Lightly Dust The Patty With Flour
Shallow Fry The Kebabs On Both The Sides On Slow Flame
Enjoy These Kebabs With Onion And Green Chutney
