I feel sorry for Lukas Graham coz his dad died at the age of 61. Its also the reason why he goes only to 60 years in this song.

It's harder to miss something you lost than something you never had. And the longer you had it the harder it is to let go. There is a reason people have a harder time getting over longer relationships than summer flings.

You kinda missed the point. He even said "I'm still learning about life". But you did have some good points and I see your perspective. Also, understand that Lukas Graham was very poor growing up, and this song was mainly about his journey through and out of that particular phase.

And if I don't, then I don't have a video. With my memory problems, if I don;t say what I think when I say it, it's GONE- then at the end of the video of me being silent I will have NOTHING TO SAY- and thus there is no reaction. Thus no video. So I either yak when I think of something, or I skip the video entirely and do another one.

NearlySeniorCitizen Yetagamer Well you could always pause the video and speak your mind about the particular verse you're listening to at the time. Some people like to see the whole reaction through, I am one of those people, but if it helps with getting out your thoughts and people getting a further in depth reaction from you since you've analyzed through the entire video and you didn't miss any important key lyrics of a song. Just a suggestion, even though this video is months old and I haven't seen any of your recent videos so I don't know if you already have or have come up with something better.

maybe this is just me, but saying the game hasn't started when you're in the middle of your 20's, its the most important period because you are prepared for the rest of it. As you said in the video "you are just preparing" and if you prepare enough you'll do well for the most part.
@williamroeben
8 жыл бұрын
+justespelund I agree with the 2nd half of your statement, am not sure what you mean about the first. You do need to prepare for the game, of course! And the better you prepare when younger, the better you will do in the latter half of your life. Thank you so much for watching, enjoying, and commenting-0 have a great day!

The singer is a childhood actor/national sweetheart (he was a cute kid in a christmas series) and he lost his father in his teens. So the "wierd father" is more a necessary and hard-hitting line if you have a little context. He is Danish and so am i, and his success makes me proud and happy for him. I agree I’m still very young and I don’t know much about life you saying people who did ask why not because they are wondering why they are dying rather asking why they lived at all hits deep I hope every decision I make will teach me more and more
I just wanted to say, your words brought me to tears. I'm seventeen and really struggling with highschool and passing classes, along with figuring out who I am, and I really needed to hear that "the game hasn't started yet". I know that education is important but I get so overwhelmed with it all I just kinda seize up, and recently I've had trouble seeing past it all and realizing that it won't be the end of the world if I don't reach everyone else's ideas of a standard goal. I have a plan, but no one else but me and my boyfriend believe in it. I feel lost and trapped but hearing that it's not even the start yet, gives me a little bit of hope and faith. I know you might have meant it in a different way, but either way it's something I needed to hear. Thank you for being someone to look up to for advice and wisdom.

Nice to see you react to this as a person who has more life experience than most other reactors. I would love to see you react to more of Lukas Graham's music. I suggest "Mama Said". FYI Lukas Graham is actually a band consisting of the leadsinger Lukas Forchhammer and 3 other members (who you could see in the video as well). They are from Denmark and kind of breaking through in America at the moment. On a different note - Can you react to the new music video from Pentatonix?

Please watch the song again without telling all the time how young he is and listen to the lyrics. It's about a young person asking himself the questions every human being asks himself sooner or later. If he can be of worth for his family and friends, if he will be truly loved. He doesn't say he is twenty so he knows everything. He says he is afraid if he is able to make his life worth and if he, when he is sixty will be okay with what he made with his time. His father said with eleven, propably, because his father got divorced young and misses his wife. He is afraid of the point of being 60, because his dad got only 61 and had a lot of regrets. Stop feel entitled about your age because nowadays it's normal to reach 80. Maybe start listening to the worries of the young. That's what a lot of politicians should take more seriously, too. I watched a lot of videos of you today and was very pleased, but here you look really arrogant about you reaching a certain age and him and his questions and worries being unworthy. Every human being has fears and never in life are the fears bigger when becoming adult and understanding our parents don't know the answers to everything and understanding we will neither. It's horrifying and the feeling of fear to succeed in a good life brings all human beings together. What will our future be like? Will I have a fullfilling life or will I be old and lonely at one point. It's about decisions and character.
