LUMPIANG SHANGHAI | THE BEST & EASY WAY TO MAKE

Lumpiang Shanghai is a type of finger food which is served during celebrations in Philippines. It is a Filipino egg roll filled with pork mince, carrots celery, red bell pepper, garlic, onion etc. It is best eaten with a dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg ground pork
1 head garlic
1 pc onion
1 bundle of spring onion
3 branches of celery
1 big red bell pepper
1 big carrot
1 and 1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1/4 part of pork broth cubes (optional)
2 pcs eggs
Ingredients for dipping sauce:
1 cup of vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/4 part of onion
2 pinch of celery (optional - just to add color)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pc red chilli (optional)
1/2 tsp soy sauce (just to add color)
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
