This is where I interview people that I have had lunch or dinner with. Not just anyone, but people that are living the Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle and have had amazing results. The purpose is to show how this Whole Food Plant based Lifestyle can benefit everyone.
I met Linda right after I started my Whole Food Plant Based journey, in 2016. Some information about Linda.
Linda has two ways of helping people. She puts on an Individual 30-Day Program every other month. Alternating months, she has a 10-person Group Coaching Class, and they meet once a week on zoom.
It is a way for her to help people find their correct body weight and optimal health by eating a whole food, plant exclusive diet. She will give you the information and compliance rules to succeed.
She is also available to teach Cancer Prevention and Survival and Diabetes Reversal courses as she is a Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Instructor for Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Dr. Neal Barnard. Not only that, but she is also certified in plant Nutrition, Cornell University, Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Cornell University and in The Starch Solution, Dr. John McDougall.
