The Lunt LS80MTB1800C solar scope that I recently purchased is a universal scope and can be converted from Solar use to Night use with the purchase of an optional focuser.
In this video, we will carry out the conversion and also attach a ZWO EAF focus motor and a Starfield 0.8x focal reducer.
I will also show the attachment of imaging camera (an ASI 533MC-Pro) both by the nose piece and by direct threaded connection.
For guiding, I will attach a ZWO miniscope to the telescope handle using a custom 3D printed clamp and then add the ASI174mm planetary camera for guiding.
The 3D printed clamp I made can be found on Tinkercad and downloaded from ;
