1. Soda is kneaded into the finished dough

3. Knead - fire
4. Do not mix the finished dough
5. Fry over low heat under the lid
Proportions for pancakes
- 200 gr of kefir
- as much flour as kefir (200 gr)
- for every 200 gr of kefir - 1 egg
- for every 200 g of kefir - 1 tablespoon of oil
- for every 200 g of kefir - 1 tablespoon of sugar
- for every 200 g of kefir - a pinch of salt
- for every 200 g of kefir - 0.5 tsp of soda
Mix all ingredients except baking soda in a bowl. Add baking soda to the mixture and mix.
Leave covered for 15 minutes.
Before frying the dough DO NOT MIX
Spread on a preheated pan with a spoon, or with a pastry bag
Fry for about 1 minute on each side under the lid.
