yeah... daily rentals 75M THB, 2 houses : 10k per house per day with 100% occupancy is 7,3M THB per year, but.... maintenance, power, water, taxes. Plus 100% is impossible and the location and the lack of privacy, this must be the worst business opportunity of the year. But... fun to watch.

I don't think many people will care for the concept of the open bathrooms with the sinks in the bedrooms. Also, who would design a modern kitchen without an oven? In conclusion, fantastic exterior, messed up interior.

Absolutely terrible design and concept a total waste of the space available, besides the high privacy screen because it is overlooked by the surrounding condos , and as for the price it's a complete JOKE.
