This lymphatic massage sequence with our lymphoedema therapist, Sandy Templeton, is designed to assist women who have swelling of the arm secondary to surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy. The benefits of doing this 15 minute sequence are reported to be restoration of normal lymphatic drainage that in turn may minimise swelling, tightness, tenderness and pain. It is our expectation that it may improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
