The device sends a shock through all the muscles in ur feet ankl and front back of calves. Been using for about 2 weeks daily and feel balance is way better, even when in weird positions like getting up off ground from looking under bed. Goes up to 99 i cant handle more than 80 if do 80 2 days in a row get sore muscles. Id love if runners used it for a while and gave a review. If can borrow one or find a second hand one or afford a new one i would. Easy way to strengthen all or most of lower leg feet toe muscles for walking being more active. I personally dont know about the pain releif side of things as lucky to not have any atm.
