Sotong 400-500克
羊角豆 适量
虾米 1汤匙
红葱 1粒
蒜头 2粒
香蕉叶
调味:
江鱼仔 Sambal
盐
Asam水/Asam糕
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Sotong 2pcs, clean and wash
2. Red onion 1pc
3. Dried shrimp, soak in water till soft and coarsely chopped
4. Lady fingers, few pieces and cut diagonally
5. Banana leaves 2 pcs

Seasoning
1. Asam paste 1tbsp
2. Salt little
Method
1. Boil a pot of water and blanch the sotong for 8-10sec. Set aside
2. Heat wok with oil, add in dried shrimp and stir fry till fragrant. Then add in red onion and continue to fry till fragrant.
3. Add in ikan bilis sambal and mix well. Add seasoning and mix well. Then add lady fingers and stir fry till cooked and sticky. Add in sotong and mix well.
4. Heat up hot plate and place the banana leaves on top. Heat till you can smell the banana leaves aroma, then place the sambal sotong on it.
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
