【妈妈食谱】炒杂菜
(此食谱份量:5 - 6人)
✿材料
- 炸腐竹 1包
- 萝卜 半条
- 冬粉 1包
- 包菜 半粒
- 斋鲍鱼 1罐
- 鸡精块 1粒
- 蒜米 3瓣
- 生抽 适量
✿开锅前准备
- 将萝卜,包菜切丝 备用
- 将蒜米切碎 备用
- 将鸡精块切碎加水搅拌均匀做汤 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,倒入少许的油热锅,加入蒜米爆香
2. 加入萝卜,包菜翻炒
3. 加入炸腐竹翻炒均匀
4. 加入溶解后的鸡精块汤和三碗清水煮沸
5. 加入冬粉以吸收汤汁
6. 加入斋鲍鱼
7. 加入适量生抽调味即可
8. 大火煮至稍微收汁就完成啦

[Mum’s Recipe] Traditional Chinese Mixed Vegetable
(Suitable for 5 - 6 people)
✿Ingredients
- 1 pack of fried bean curd sheet
- ½ carrot
- 1 pack of glass noodle
- ½ of a cabbage
- 1 tin of vegetarian abalone
- 1 chicken stock cube
- ¾ of garlic
- Suitable amount of light soy sauce
✿Pre-preparation
1. Shred carrot & cabbage
2. Cut garlic into mince
3. Cut chicken stock cube into mince and add it in water, stir it into a bowl
✿Steps
1. Firstly, add a tablespoon of oil to heat the pot, add minced garlic and saute until it tiny brown color.
2. Add in shredded carrot & cabbage and stir fry
3. Add in fried bean curd sheet and fry together
4. Add a bowl of chicken stock cube soup & 3 bowls of water and boil it
5. Add in glass noodle
6. Add in veg abalone and stir it well.
7. Lastly, Add light soy sauce to flavor the dish.
