【妈妈食谱】 四角豆煎蛋
此食谱份量:3 - 4 人
✿材料
• 四角豆 10条
• 鸡蛋 5粒
• 蒜米 3瓣
• 盐 半汤匙
• 生抽 半汤匙
✿开锅前准备工作
将四角豆切片,加入半汤匙的盐 备用
将鸡蛋打散在碗内,加入半汤匙生抽 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
2. 将蒜米爆香
3. 加入四角豆翻炒均匀
4. 加入蛋液,待凝固后翻面
5. 持续翻面到自己喜欢的熟度即可
完成!

[Mum’s Recipe] Stir fry Winged bean with egg
(Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
✿Ingredients
• 10 x winged bean
• 5 eggs
• 3 cloves of Garlic
• ½ tablespoon of salt
• ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce
✿Pre-preparation
Cut winged bean into slices and add ½ tablespoon of salt
Break the eggs, add ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir
✿Steps
1. Add some oil to heat the wok
2. Fry garlic to golden colour
3. Add in winged bean and stir fry accordingly
4. Pour in the stirred eggs, flip after a while
5. Flip accordingly on how well you like the eggs are cooked.
