What's up with the hazard lights at 5:45? Does this mean something special in Japan? because in the USA when you drive with your headlights on it means something is wrong with your car

The hazard means there is traffic jam . This is japanese custom. Sorry in clumsy sentence.

Thank you for your reply. Your sentence structure is good, if you wanted to know the proper grammar it would be "The hazard lights mean that there is a traffic jam", but it's perfectly fine as is. I am actually learning Japanese myself, so I understand it's difficult when you first start speaking. :)
