李敖 is amazingly logical but I'm not sure if HK people understand his views.

3/1000th percent is insignificant only if the number is actual. Corruption will not be an issue as time goes by. In America, there was a saying that "you can't fight Tammany Hall." Although there is still corruption in parts of America, corruption is not a big issue today. Eventually as salary, pension and benefits of public employees improve in China, there will much less incentive to abuse the system. The next generation of top officials in China will be similiar to Bloomberg.

Historians should remember anything. Facts are facts, all historians need is to point them out and to record them as detail them as detail as possible. Next time coming back to study them should do the same. If results are the same, fine. If results are different, new records are added. Nobody should be required to remember them. Instead, people should be required to study them and to add new found records.
I would like to ask Lee, what did china do for the whole world??? What is his contribution for the world, that you are so flattering to them???? HSi..............................

There is one big problem with Li Ao's dismissal of corruption in China as statistically insignificant. There are three types of lies: lies, damn lies and statistics. The reported amount of corruption is 50 million RMB, but what is the unreported, undiscovered or other forms of corruption such as cronism that won't show up on conventional accoutning.
