Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1 1/4 cup
Tamarind - a small gooseberry size
Hot water - 2 1/2 cup

Jaggery - 1 1/2 tsp
Grinded powder
For tempering:
Coconut oil / Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry chilli - 3
Curry leaves
Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
Egg Pepper Roast :
Boiled egg - 3
Oil - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 3 pinch
For preparation:

Onion - 1 ( big size )

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 1/2 to 2 tsp
Tomato puree - 1 tomato ( big size )
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 1/4 cup
