Ingredients:
300gm Wheat flour
50gm Fenugreek leaves (chopped & Washed)
2 boiled Potato
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Green garlic
1 inch Ginger & 3 Green chilli-(Crushed)
1 tsp White sesame seeds
1 tsp Carom seeds
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Oil
add water as required
add little Oil
Rest for 10 minutes
Oil
Serve With Fry Green chilli, Curd, Green chutney, Tomato sauce, Pickle
