What a missed oppurtunity. The M2Comp is so hot right now, due to the nostalgic throwback of the older M3's in current reviews of the M2 Comp, could have milked this for more views with better production! (Car Mounted Cameras for example)What an epic soundtrack though.

Nice vid. I had an e90m3, found f80m’s pulled away pretty easy on the straights so I’m surprised the comp didnt pull away

@vic27911 The M2C is a pit bull. Low and aggressive. The short wheel base and the s55 are a perfect match. I was a huge hater on the sound of the s55 coming from the e92 M3, but truth be told, I quite like it behind the wheel. Its really perfectly capable in all aspects, where I felt as though my 2011 M3 was lacking in certain areas (like torque). It definitely has that ///M quality that you know when driving it, that it can do more than your capable of handling sometimes. Overall hugely impressed. Cant wait to tune it.

Drew yes it feels like you can do whatever when you want, a bit radical...on the m3 you have to pull it over 6000 to be impressed but in my opinion in corners is more dynamic

Seems pretty obvious the driver in the M2C is not pushing or driving nearly as hard as the pilot of the E92 M3... maybe the M2C's driver has the appropriate "it's new to me, a new car" err on the side of caution attitude while learning the little beast , maybe they are driver's with different skill levels, or maybe a combination of both. It's easily seen that on the short straights (no real long straights apparently), once you factor out the better exit speed of the the M3 and it's "comfortable on the edge" driver, the M2C does begin pulling away at an increasing rate and puts some distance between them. The M2C is also braking earlier (appears to lift and/or maintenance throttle frequently as well) despite the fact that the car has a distinct advantage in braking performance. All said, swap drivers or allow the M2C driver as much seat time in his car as you have in yours and see how that video looks... equal comfort and skills in each car would see the M2C pull away with superior torque and power as well as out brake the M3 consistently. The E92 M3 (competition pack and/or well sorted) is a sweet track car with a much more analogue soul (read: STEERING FEEDBACK, an NA high winding 8 cyl. engine, the associated excellent throttle response and twice the deceleration when a brief lift is an aide to set the nose for tightening a line or turning in) whereas the M2C is a techno hairy chested little giant killer with brutal pull (born to be tail wagger) from nearly any rpm in any gear, video game steering (but insanely accurate) and monstrously overachieving brakes for it's stature. Completely different animals, and though very closely matched in the right hands, the M2C will simply be marginally quicker around the track. Now if it only had some, ANY, steering feel... I bought a "drive it to track events and wring it out" M2C, doubt it's a true "keeper" or love affair. I will say that the shear anytime you want it thrust is addictive and ala old 911s, it's got a fun and playful "careful, I bite!" tail. But don't ever try to pry my E36 prepared M3 (eh, nowadays, a momentum car lol) or '74 911 w/3.8L from me lest you kill me first!

I was hoping you were gonna say you were using 245/265! Definitely impressed with that turn in. I'm looking to do 275 square this spring.
