Great content 👍👍. This is still a great product by M3M at a better location. But if same builder makes Parking optional at 6 lakhs for 2.5 bhk and 3.5 bhk at undeveloped location is laughable. Optional parking for flats above 1 Cr is definitely a first in Gurgaon. Wish builder completely sells the Sec 79 project with optional parking 🙂 starting 1.25 cr and all Sec 89 buyers will benefit in real as this is better location.

Too small .. resale won't do good.. let builder sell his inventory then without this hype it won't sell.. 585 Sq feet carpet area for 2.5 bk is smaller than affordable

With same size and carpet area, the Sec 79 M3M low rise floors must be a failed project. That location is not even developed, roads doesn't exist. The price is 40-50% more. If builder is able to sell Sec 79 at price they have launched, Sec 89 sure hold a bright future with same carpet area.

I think its still a better choice even at current prices than their Sec 79 M3M launched project and as this is nearing possession and at a better location. The sizes are almost same and location Sec 79 is less developed than this one. The prices at Sec 79 are way high. Also 690/Sq ft mandatory development charges, 6lakh/Car parking as Optional 😀, 6.5 lakh for Club optional. IFMS, Power backup additional, GST additional. Stamp duty is obviously additional. One should just be aware of the False Marketing gimmicks of builder. Beware of Zero loading, Free rentals, cash back and 26 offers launched recently. If builder is not mentioning the benefit in BBA or providing on legal document then its a fraud. The customer is lured by these gimmicks but at the end there are hardly any benefits in real in monetary terms.
