Baking Experiment: Watch as I test out three different nonstick baking surfaces for macarons. Which yields the fullest shells? Which keeps the macarons from browning? Which produces the best overall mouth feel?
Spoiler alert: In this video I rule a definite winner, but results will vary in your own home oven. It's best to try them out for yourself and see what works best for you! You may be as surprised as I am! While one baking mat yielded the best results, they all actually had the same bite and texture to them. So, no matter what they taste wonderfully!! It all boils down to preference.
