Mac & Cheese Soup
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup diced carrots
2 cups prepared macaroni & cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup (1/2 pound) cubed Velveeta Cheese
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
In a stock pot, combine the broth, broccoli, and carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the macaroni and cheese, whipping cream, and the Velveeta Cheese. Simmer until the cheese is melted. Add the chicken and heat through.
