Macy's will close its San Francisco Union Square store over the next two years as part of a business plan to close 150 stores nationwide. People we spoke with say change is unavoidable but it doesn't mean the end of Union Square. We spoke with business owners who said they're optimistic about a Union Square without the flagship store and that tourism is very much alive.
