I really liked this movie when I was younger. It inspired me to get into history. Ironically, I hate it now because the "historical depiction" is so horrendous that it'd be like watching a movie about the War of 1812 with AK 47s and drones.

@@mikehuntburns9753 u dont seem to understand the way of a samurai fight! in reality,that guy wouldnt even got to take the hidden knife out. he should've been cut from 1 strike like the others that tristan fought lol. the way tristan fought(like a samurai) was evading/parrying the enemy 1st blow and go in close,behind his defense and cut him. the same thing was suppose to happen in that fight also. cedric wouldnt have had a chance normally,but...its just a damn movie :)
@mikehuntburns9753
2 жыл бұрын
@@mihaicolceriu-nicola7148 how do I not understand the way of a samurai fight? Lol your comment was pretty stupid. Tristan was not on the defense there because he got cocky and wanted to kill Cedric on his own. He underestimated his opponent who used that to his advantage. Doesn't matter if you're a samurai or a viking or even a ninja, that's a mistake that can get you killed. Seems you don't know basic psychology, but hey it's only a film right?
