Quick question. Would this benefit me if I only run 2-3 times a week? Usually just 5ks

Love your videos! I have started MAF training a month ago. I'm just wondering how long does it take for someone to eventually run 7:30 min per mile/lower for their runs. I have seen steady progress already but am just curious as many of my teammates are running at that pace for their easy runs and I eventually want to run with them.

Thank you! That’s a great question. I think you can reasonable expect to see results after 1.5-2 months. Consistency is key and sticking with it. I’m not sure if you have a coach or not, but if you do any of your own programming, focusing on some longer runs at a MAF hr is really where you can see your times increase. Also, adding in 1 day of speed work may help as well
