In early 78 being a Buzzcocks fan and only having hears Shot from both Sides from Mags, I went to see them at the Ritz in Manchester, with the ubiquitous JCC and The Nosebleeds with a young Stephen Morrisey on vocals lower down the bill, Mags opened with this and My 18 year old Punk self was totally baffled, where had all these synth's come from ?...shortly after when Real Life came out I finally got it.
