Snap, I also have Norwegian blood, still in touch with family. Did you see the South African page in the magazine? I got all excited lol. Such a fun harvest, thanks. My son and his wife drove through half of Africa in a 4x4 about 7 years ago, camping on the roof, sometimes even having to whack down things to be able to drive. They took some of the most amazing elephant photos! Also, fun fact… I was once chasex by an elephant because I was carrying a packet of tangerines (we call them naartjies - pronounced - naahchies. Elephants love them! I was in an elephant park and got quite a fright lol. I threw the fruit on the ground and Mr Ellie ate them and lost interest in me. You would love the Elephant park in Knysna in South Africa, where you walk through the forest with Elephants! So special, also Addo where the animals are wild, but you drive and see them in their natural habitat and at the watering hole and all tge babies, sooo cute

Thanks so much. I have often wondered what ‘red’ sauce is. So funny how we all speak English, but there are so many different ways of saying various things.
