Thank you, Jason, for a wonderful introduction to Magick. I have been a practioner of transcendental medition, among some of the other methods you describe with my own intention to care for and take care of others (people, animals, plants) what ever the Divine may send. Truly, what you have taught and describe, even order from the chaos happens in almost the pathway as you have introduced it here. Perhaps this is a synchronicity to expand my own esoteric understanding through some of your teaching! Looking forward to more.... Thank you, also, for writing such a complete biography, history of John Dee and anthropology of the 15 and 1600's including material regarding the 19, 20 and 21 century magic(k) practioners, schools and culture. Just a really very wonderful and accessible book. Thanks again

So far, I have enjoyed your approach to Magick. What I find unfortunate is the typical jump over Witchcraft when describing the Western Esoteric Tradition. Ceremonial or ritual magick is intertwined with Witchcraft... both are forms of Magickal expression. The distinction may lie in Witchcraft's emphasis on forces and correspondences in nature, and a balancing of the feminine and masculine facets of the Divine Mind. I would be interested in knowing why you do not speak of Witchcraft by name, when it fits so well into your theories of Magick?

a question: when he says to silence thoughts and focus on your mid of brows for meditation, how do you "silence thoughts", or is that a by product of focusing on the space btwn the eyebrows

You either tell them to shut up when they are too loud or you actively ignore them or disengage with them ,thoughts are like funny shaped clouds and you must keep looking at the sun even if it burns

So. Magick and riches doesn't go together according to Jason Louv. And Solomon was a myth. If you want to become magickian and practice magick then prepare to be poor. Thanks Jason. Btw I love your podcast.

He didn't say you would NOT gain wealth, but that pursuit of riches, fame, etc, are not the main goals of magick.

Thanks for your interest--this was a pretty early episode, and the info was recently updated. Here's the same content that was in the ebook: start.magick.me/ [JG]

Look up the definition of Parkour. They're the same thing.
