Hi Geri, perhaps you might want to try a different forms of Mg & see which one works for your body. The mineral oil works wonder and so does epsom salt. I am huge fan of ReMag.

Watching your videos makes me feel like a very wise guy. I spend a lot of money on supplements. I use Garden of life Raw Calcium Formula. It has magnesium, calcium, d3, k2 mk7, boron, silica etc. I've been using it for about 7 years. I didn't know I can better absorb it through a simple bath though. Another very informative video. You are awesome!

I haven't used Garden of Life Calcium formulation; only protein powder. When using any formulation - pay attention to the % of the 'other' minerals. If calcium is say 80% & Mg only 20% - then technically your body is still deprived of Magnesium. One natural doctor that I will highly recommend is Dr. Thomas Levy. He is the go-to authority on Vitamin C & he says is you took only 4 supplements (Vit C, Mg, D3 and K2) - your body will thank you for decades. Check out this work - I feel you might benefit greatly. @@MindfulnesswithKiran yep I will definitely check out the link. Yep Garden of life raw calcium has the perfect balance of minerals. A lot of people says it got rid of osteoporosis and actually grew bone matter even though they were in their 60s. I saw the Amanda Volmer response to your comment. I know you were pleased with the response from her.

@@TheConscienceOne my thoughts about calcium changed after reading 'Death by Calcium' by Dr. Thomas Levy. This book is an eye-opener on keeping bones healthy (without calcium). Highly recommend it.
