It's a Townsend Warbler. I don't think it's an adult male but everything is telling Townsend's. The yellow dot under the eye, the white on the wing, the olive back, the yellow throat with black stripes, the white side of the tail. It's a good addition to your list!

@@c-valo if you look at eBird, there seems to be a few sightings in Florida. There was one in Key Largo in April 2018.

I re-checked, after that Prairie Warbler that appeared the day after... made me doubting... But the Prairie seems to be yellow everywhere below while this one seems to be white on the belly near the tail. The cheek looks quite dark too... Even that, I'm trying to compare both species and I can't be 100% sure it's a Townsend's...
