Love it! Your recaps are super chill. You don't sound like an impassionate observer like a "news anchor". Instead you show passion and yes a little bias but that's human! I prefer bias over robot. People are so afraid to be biased but realize this: we viewers are just watching by ourselves. We aren't watching with a group. So we have nobody to "cheer" with when our favorite player wins. So we love it when you cheer for Hikaru / Magnus / other crowd favorites. And some would say well that's unfair to less popular chess players, but to that I say "who cares?". If those guys start going on winning streaks and building their brand with internet videos then they will become crowd favorites too. Keep reviewing games like we are your friend... not like you are a weather reporter. Keep focus on the exciting moments of the games... we don't need you to explain every single move. We love it when you skip ahead. Overall I can't stress this enough. Don't change. We love you.

What I am feeling by watching Magnus at the moment is that he recognizes that he is good enough at chess to win against the best in a conventional way but he wants to prove that he is better than that. He wants to prove that he is so good that he can win in any way. Also, these novelty lines that he is playing are stimulating for him because they are forcing him to develop new theory.

Rgb6 seems very bad as well at 30:00 you are forcing a bishop endgame where your pawns havent moved and black has an advantage in manuvering with the gap in the pawn stucture to allow a bishop to leak through a diagonal or for a king to walk around a pawn escort. Rgb6 feels like you are only playing for a draw, not playing to win. not that there were too many other options.
