With the advent of the modern legal system, India has transformed from a dharma-based society to rule-based society. This talk is a collection of interesting stories from the Mahabharata that seeks to explore parallels between the norms of public conduct in ancient India and the constitutional morality of modern India.
Apurv Mishra is a founding member of the multi-national volunteer organisation, Robin Hood Army. He is the editor-in-chief of the India Law Journal and is a visiting faculty at the Young India Fellowship programme of the Ashoka University.
