Who was like to Luke Kelly? It says a lot for Ronnie Drew that he recognised how much Luke would add to the Dubliners (aside from coming up with the name), and could co-exist with such a charismatic and talented singer. All of them were talented, but together they were legendary.

Damn, they were so good. They were just so darn wonderful. And except for John, they're all gone. Breaks my heart. Love to all Dubliners fans in Ireland and all over, from across the sea in Boston city. 😊✝️ God bless.

I love that it’s from the point of view of a woman but Luke brings so much emotion to it and it’s still the best version of the song, in my opinion of course.

My last love was 38 younger,we were with ups and downs happy for some 7 years, just about the same with others 4/ 8 younger. It seems that nothing is for ever. Must be my fault of course. But we had our good times,so....nothing to complain...
