I jumped back on the fenugreek train (because of you), and my hair is beyond in love. When following your paste recipe, I use organic EV Pumpkin Seed oil (because my hair cannot stand EVOO), and OMG!!! Strands are left super soft, and my scalp feels ridiculously moisturized. 🥰

I just made a new oil. Finally my hair loss is slowing down. Our bodies are so amazing and interesting. During traumatic events an stressful times it drops everything and focuses on the issue. I learned when I was a teen that 3-6mos after stress is when we see the results of the stress in our hair and sometimes skin. I will be doing a henna fenugreek hibiscus amla brahmi rhassul mask. My hair has thinned out so much from having back to back surgeries. Now that those issues are taken care of it's time to send my hair and skin to the spa.

@@gerreshipe6497 Hi, make sure you're eating well too, it's very important that you rebuild from the inside out. Drink lots of water/infused water, I love blueberries, dried hibiscus flowers and a little fresh basil, Thyme or rosemary( be careful a lil of these herbs go a long way) Also add Ashwagandha and Maca powder to your yogurt,smoothies and food. I like As a mask Ashwagandha powder,hibiscus, amla, lil fenugreek(I have to be careful not to over do my hair doesn't need to much protein) whole Leaf aloe vera powder, and I add marshmallow, slippery elm and horsetail at times. Don't over do the horsetail is great for growth and strength but it has astringent properties. Keep a simple consistent routine with products and treatments that works for you. Good luck and don't stress. My hair grew back longer and stronger after all I went through.💞🌱

@Dowse , just start slowly add half tea spoon of each herb to a moisturizing deep conditioner and apply every other wash day. You must first learn what your hair can tolerate. These herbs are not magic tricks. Everyone's hair grows all say everyday. It's about balance. Everytg must align as one. Example: you can't become a dr over night. You must study continuously and be flexible with change. Get your thoughts in order then your stress, life, job, regimen ect. It's a lifestyle change. Eat well workout and relax it will pay off with healthy skin hair mind and body.. I don't recommend checking your length or comparing yourself with others bcus you will only frustrate yourself. It's a journey to learn one's self

Little question, you do that until your next wash day everyday? And you keep it in that braids or the week or when you go out( work for example) you take them out?
@VyalaBloom
4 жыл бұрын
Hey Carolina! I will wear my wash-n-go for 3-4 days, then I will do this everyday until I wash it (usually by day 5-7 depending on how busy I am). Braids are my go-to hairstyle, and I will wear them out to class or wherever I need to be. If I do want to look a little more dressy, I will take out my braids and stretch my hair using a blow dryer (I try not to do that often though).

Not a silly question at all! Hey E W, the hibiscus has a citrus-like smell to it, definitely not a bad smell at all, I get lots of compliments on how my hair smells whenever I hug people lol. I find that the smell tends to linger for as long as my hair is wet, but fades quite a bit after my hair has dried. The Fenugreek tea has a maple-syrup or sweet curry like smell to it. Some people love the smell, but others find it too strong to go in public with it in their hair. I also find that the fenugreek smell tends to linger in my hair long after it has dried, so that's definitely something to keep in mind.
