We are delighted to have successfully piloted our new Maintenance short-course which we have launched into the commercial construction sector.
Brian Kaemba from Cretech Construction participated in the course.
Building maintenance is hugely cost-effective. Routine care, regular surveys and minor repairs can save time and money in the long run. It ensures the safety and comfort of the people using the building. It is key in helping to preserve the building’s value and functionality for the future.
Patrick Mwamba, Build It Senior Quality Assurance Officer:
“We are greatly encouraged by the successful delivery of the pilot course. There was positive feedback from the participants on the course, and the skills and knowledge they acquired. We are working on improving the course based on the evaluation results.”
Clayton Kachamba, Build It Business Development Manager:
“We are also looking at ways to adapt the course for specific audiences, like property developers. This will support them to maintain their properties in a good condition and ensure their durability. All this helps to create a positive, sustainable built environment that supports people for generations to come.”
