There will be four Truffle options: Strawberry Mousse, Passion Fruit Mousse and Intense Chocolate.

▪ Strawberry Truffle
395g condensed milk
200g of cream
1 bag of strawberry flavored juice powder (I used Tang, but you can use Clight or Mavalério dessert powder)
600g of semi-sweet fractional topping
👉 Attention: In the video I only made 10 truffles in this flavor, so there was leftover filling. The entire filling recipe is enough to prepare 20 truffles.
Yield: 20 45g truffles (large size for sale individually)
▪ Passion Fruit Truffle
395g condensed milk
200g of cream
1 bag of Passion Fruit flavored juice powder (I used Tang, but you can use Clight or Mavalério dessert powder)
600g semi-sweet topping
👉 Attention: In the video I only made 10 truffles in this flavor, so there was leftover filling. The entire filling recipe is enough to make 20 truffles.
Yield: 20 45g truffles (large size for sale individually)
▪ Intense Chocolate Truffle
200g NOBRE dark chocolate
100g of cream
300g semi-sweet topping
Yield: 10 45g truffles (large size for sale individually)
** You can double all of these recipes if you want to make more truffles. To do this, just double, triple or quadruple the amount of ALL the ingredients.
▪ MATERIAL YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR FIRST 30 TRUFFLES (10 truffles of each flavor):
1 kg of semi-bitter fractionated topping
1 kg of semi-sweet noble chocolate
3 forms for truffles (Reference: Form 91, with 8 cavities, or form SP9585, with 18 cavities. Both are from BWB Embalagens)
3 boxes of condensed milk
2 boxes of cream
1 strawberry Tang juice
1 Tang passion fruit juice
3 packs of truffle paper or 1 pack just if you are just starting out. In this case, you will need to label the truffles specifying the flavors.
1 package of medium size piping bags

👉Strawberry and Passion Fruit Truffles
Pricing ONE recipe, which yields 20 truffles:
395g of condensed milk: R$5.59
200g of cream: R$3.35
1 bag of powdered juice: R$1.25
600g of semi-sweet coverage: R$19.29 (I bought 1kg for R$32.15. You can buy the bar instead of the drops if you prefer lower prices)
Total cost per recipe: R$29.48
Divide by 20 to know the unit cost: R$1.47 per truffle
Add 20% for immeasurable costs: R$1.76
Multiply this amount by 3: R$5.30

Add 20% for immeasurable costs: R$2.32
Multiply this amount by 3: R$6.98
Packaging paper: R$0.10 cantavos per unit

🚨ATTENTION: these values vary from region to region and also according to the brands used, so you need to calculate YOUR production cost.
