You absolutely nailed it there. Electric cars only and only make sense in super mini sector.

Thank you for this great information! Please communicate to the manufacturer how keen many Australian urban-commuters are to see the BYD Seagull here in Australia asap! Not just the Dolphin. It would sell very well here and would not doubt further establish the brand.

@@telescopesh Thank you also from one of those many Australians: the BYD Seagull looks great. May I ask if Jiangnan mentioned any plan to sell the U2 in Australia? It looks like a very interesting competitor to the Seagull. If the U2 were on sale in Oz it would be a hard decision to pick between them.

I am hopeful for the Jiangnan U2, it looks the most promising compromise between premium, performance, and cost.

@@secprog YES! I also! I currently have the 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage Hatchback (A REALLY cheap car in many ways) as I love this segment of the auto industry but unfortunately, I don't see many of these coming to the USA anytime soon.

Jiangnan probably use Spec Sheets strategy now, looks good on paper and photo but questionable owning experience BYD is still the best option, Boujun/Wuling is the second best

Given the Yuan plus is about 150K yuan, and the Atto 3 is about 200K yuan in Australia, the BYD seagull should be about $23K in Australia? MG4 is about the same price as the Yuan plus, so seagull will be about 15K Euro? I guess we will see.

You're almost a hero - but you're still repeating the ancient, tiresome "only for the city" nonsense!! Even with a range of 100 or 190 miles they'd all be great for non-pampered people including small families who want to ESCAPE 50-100-200 miles from the city at weekends at leisurely top speeds of 60-65mph. Please stop obediently and blindly parroting this neverending "City EV" nonsense !! Paul G
