Meat recipe:
800g beef
(Upper shell)
1 onion
150 ml milk
75 ml of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
Rub the onion with a kitchen grater, just add the liquid to the bowl and mix with the milk, olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Cut the meat into fine slices and add to the bowl, massage in, cover with stretch film and store in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, take a square dish, put stretch film on top, then spread the meat nicely and finally stretch it well, put it in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
Then take out the oil in fine strips and fry the meat until it is through.
Dough recipe:
500g flour (have

8g salt
15g fresh yeast
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well, then put the lid on and let it rest for 45 minutes at room temperature. After 45 minutes, divide the dough into balls weighing 120g, knead well again and roll out into a round shape. Preheat the oven top / bottom heat at a temperature of 250 degrees if there is no pizza stone then grease the baking sheet a little and let it get hot. As soon as the oven has reached temperature, beat the dough with the inside of your hand or roll it into the desired shape with a rolling pin, place it on the hot tray and bake at 250 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.
Sauce:
1 garlic
4 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sumac
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Put the garlic in the bowl with the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and sumac and stir well.
