Meat lasagna without oven. From my travel to Italy, what surprised me the most is how they made the lasgana. Very different to us. As a personal point, you can make it without oven, in a pan. A lot of italian chef only use the oven to heat it to gratin the cheese. In this way, you can substitute it heating the lasagna in a pan, carefully.

- 200g/ 7 oz. bacon
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery stick
- 500g/ 18 oz. crushed tomato
- tomato sauce
- 1 cup of white or red wine
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1/2 tsp of rosemary
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 8 wafers of lasagna
- 200g/ 7 oz. mozzarella cheese
