thatfamilyshop.com ... I'd be a little hesitant to sell a jig, since it needs to be precisely designed for your sander, drill and cube size in order to work

Love it. Slightly confused by the dimensions - you say it's a 3/4" die, but you measure the diameter as an inch. What's the relationship between the two?

You can think of the die as two shapes: A cube, living inside an invisible sphere that has vaporized the cube's corners. The invisible sphere (in this case), has a diameter of 1''.
