📓 INGREDIENTS for 3 - 4 servings of red cabbage á 170 g
600 g red cabbage
2 onions
1 apple
2 tbsp lard
100 ml red wine
10 ml apple cider vinegar
50 ml orange juice
1 tbsp blueberry jam
some orange zest
some sugar, salt, pepper
1 leaf of bay leaf
2 juniper berries
some carnation
Pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon cornstarch (for the creaminess)
