Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a family-casual restaurant that offers a variety of traditional, gluten free, or vegan Disney World dining options inspired by the flavors of Latin and Caribbean cuisine. Whether you are looking for a traditional meal, a vegan option, or a gluten-free choice, you will find something to suit your taste buds at Sebastian's Bistro Disney World Caribbean Beach Resort. Sebastian's Bistro offers a family-style meal, which means you can share dishes with your dining companions, but you will get your own plate if you're the only person with a special diet in the dining party. You can choose from a variety of options from any of the menus, be it vegan or not. We highly recommend the guava butter and the caramelized onion jam on everything. Sebastian's Bistro is only open for dinner. Reservations are highly recommended but walk up is available. You cannot order Sebastian's Bistro items from Banana Cabana, like you can at some other lounges. Sebastian's Bistro does accept Walt Disney world annual passholder discounts.

31:40 Overall thoughts on Disney's Caribbean Beach resort Sebastian's Bistro
Disney's Caribbean Beach resort Sebastian's Bistro has a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and the main pool. You can enjoy your meal while watching the sunset or listening to some live music on select nights. The restaurant used to be open for lunch as well but now it's only open for dinner. We absolutely loved coming to Sebastian's Bistro for lunch and wish the menu would come back but it was not popular so we don't expect that to ever be a reality again. The restaurant was formerly known as Shutters, which was a popular spot for breakfast and lunch. It closed in late 2018 to make way for Sebastian’s Bistro, which opened in early 2019. Lunch was not served at Sebastian's Bistro for more than a year. Shutters is now CenterTown Market. We have videos of the entire transformation on our channel. If anything, you can find several tributes to Samuel E. Wright, including playing some of his exclusively recorded Little Mermaid songs, the lyrics to which Princess knows every word.
