Ingredients
- Fried Tofu 150g
- Sugar 1 spoon
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Vinegar 1 spoon
- Carrot 200g
- Rice 2 cups
- Pickled Radish
- Burdock
- Seaweed 3 sheets
Directions
00:07 Braised Fried Tofu
1. Place the 150g of fried tofu in a bowl and briefly scald in hot water
2. Rinse the fried tofu in cold water and drain well
3. In a small bowl, mix together 1 spoon of sugar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, and 1 spoon of water
4. Dry fry the fried tofu in a pan, then add the seasoning and braise
