I use 1 tbsp per load
1/4 vinegar in rinse and
wool dryer balls to avoid static
(don’t stress if the quantities aren’t exact let’s say you didn’t have enough baking soda or you added a bit too much. It’s OK.)
Recipe for a years worth of detergent for family of 4.
4 bars of soap
2kg borax
3kg washing soda
1.5 kg baking soda.

Borax acts as Bleach - When Borax comes in contact with water immediately some water molecules change to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). This reaction is more favorable in hotter water.
