1g garlic powder
1-2 fresh garlic cloves
375 g ice cream (counts towards the total weight of the sausage meat)
➡️ Meat for the coarse filling:
1250 g pork belly
Salt and spices per kilo total weight of the coarse filler
20g NPS
2 g cane sugar
2 g ascorbic acid
Phosphate according to manufacturer's instructions
4g white pepper
4 g hot paprika
1 g mace blossom
1 g ground mustard seeds
1 g coriander
1 g cumin
1g garlic powder
26/28 pork intestines
500 g mountain cheese (does not count towards the total weight)
