I use a cheesecloth over a strainer that rests precariously over a glass bowl in the fridge. I love your greek yogurt maker. They say that eventually the yogurt loses its vitality and then you need to use the starter culture powder again, but then you're right to go with many more batches. I don't know how true that is. Even so, it's a great saver! I'm going to look online now for a greek strainer available in Australia. Thank you for your videos.

Thank you for your suggestion! The strainer is so much nicer than the cheesecloth method. I love that it comes with a lid. It's much easier to clean than the cheesecloth, I put it right in the dishwasher! I have the second batch in the fridge and it's still in the strainer - getting super thick!! I may make a Short mentioning freezing the starter. I'll be sure to give you a shoutout for the idea!

Was that just the 2 quarts Of soy milk ? Looked like maybe you doubled the recipe? Thanks for sharing

Yep, that's 2 quarts. I've been making a weekly batch and absolutely love to top my oatmeal and berries with it. I keep it in the strainer and it gets so thick! It's live whipped cream!
