MeToo! Darrell Edward Brooks JR is a verILy verILy bad man who beats on women and children to get his way with them. HIs priors include getting a minor pregnant with his 2nd of 3 children whom he owes child support and lives with his momma who spared the rod to spoil the child. His priors also include shooting at his only nephew who fled in fear for his life. This nephew also lives in the same home as the only son of Darrell's twin who died in 2013. The nephew filed for and received a Protection order to keep Darrell out of the home they share with 'momma' who supports her 2 grandchildren and her 39 yr old son who works on and off for spending $. The PO prevented Darrell from returning to his momma's house so in essence he was homeless and why he drove his momma's vehicle to Waukesha as a fugitive out on parole in 2 states for violent criminal offenses to find his baby momma to take him in. When she refused, he punched her and gave her a black eye, then fled as the cops were called. He smashed the iPhone his momma bought for him and smashed his momma's vehicle into the paraders and then took off on foot past the business area where he could call for an uber and went into a residential area to knock on doors in hopes to get someone inside to let him in to call for a lyft and telling the residents that he was cold and homeless and so 1 resident made him a sandwich which was found in his pocket inside a sandwich plastic bag after his arrest. The resident became suspicious as cop cars were driving around the neighborhood looking for a suspect so the resident asked Darrell to leave and the police spotted him on the resident's porch and arrested him. I think he was also angry at his momma for not kicking out her grandson and his nephew so he could return home w/o violating the PO. His momma chose her grandson over her 39 yr old son and to him, this was betrayal that she had to suffer the consequences of his anger so he smashed the iPhone she bought him and smashed the red suv she bought him killing 6 so imagine how she feels now?! nobody tells Darrell what to do and his momma has to pay for not doing right by him so he could return to her house which in his mind was his house! He's the soveREIGN aka KING and he wasn't gonna let his nephew take his place in his HIS house so the only 1 his momma had to support was HIM. He's a dead beat dad to his 3 children and only works on/off for spending $ and his 'wanna be' a gun toting rapper! FAIL ... Darrell is a FAILure as a Father, as a Son, as a rapper, as a productive member of a society, as a law abiding citizen and as a Man! A homeless man kicked out of his KINGdom by his nephew and that PO from the court! lol HE was angry when he left his home state to come to Waukesha where his last hope was his gf and mother of 1 of his 3 children whom he had an on/off relationship for 14 years due to his violent and abusive behavior towards her, she refused to take him back so he punched her in the eye and fled to do the dirty deed at the parade killing 6 and injuring many more. Darrell was ANGRY at all the woman in his life who finally had enough of his abuse! He was ANGRY at the Court for the protective order against him. He was ANGRY at the public for not seeing his potential as an aspiring rapper! He's ANGRY at this judge because she won't allow him to control the criminal proceedings against him. Darrell is a classic narcissistic sociopath who explodes into violence when he can't have his way. His dis-orderly conduct in court shows his oppositional defiance against Authority FIGures. His beLIEf that as his own council gives him 'special' rights to ague with the Judge's rulings as biased against him as he can't understand why he can't ask any question he wants to the judge and to the witnesses whilst he objects to every question the prosecutor asks witnesses and acts out when his baseless objections are denied. He claims he wants the jury to hear everything but throws a fit when the prosecutor asks the Court after the Jury was removed ... to allow the defendant's prior violent criminal record be submitted as evidence and his victims to testify. Oh no! Darrell doesn't want the Jury to know 'everything' after all. lol

She's trying to avoid him having the ability to get a mistrial or appeal. She is trying to be extremely thorough so he has no wiggle room after the verdict. He is already showing his hand by stating what he will be claiming after trial. He's playing a game like a true Narcissist. SKIP TO 5:50 for the “stare-down.” If I were in the judge’s shoes, I’d be scared too - but - I don’t think she should have admitted it in front of him. He wants to gain power over her in any way he can. I probably would’ve said something like, “Mr Brooks, you are intentionally fixating your eyes on me with rage. I believe you are trying to intimidate me. It won’t work. We’ll take a 5 min break so you can calm down & refocus.” Even if she’s the one who needs 5 mins to separate from him & refocus, it’s better to point out his behavior as inappropriate, not as effective. Why give him the satisfaction of knowing his scare tactics are effective? Who agrees?? Or disagrees with me?? Also, I think this judge has done an excellent job in a difficult situation that’s stressful for all involved, and also very emotional, given the parade tragedy. On top of that, the judge’s main responsibility is for the proceedings to be ethical & fair. She’s been successful, & amazingly patient w this disturbed man.
