If you are interested I had an idea. You should have a challenge where we enter for the chance to meet you and you can teach us how to make the ring. And winner can take the ring they made with you home. I know I would love to make my own rings but I just don't have the money for tools and materials for it. I'm not sure if it's just me but I would love to get some hand on experience with a master ring maker. Thank you for your consideration and keep up the good work. Love your vids

Have you ever made a ring using the swarth from the lathe from multiple materials, and then either put them in resin and make the rings from that, or using the ca glue method. My guess the copper used in one of these rings is swarth from a previous ring.

LOVED this video! Definitely one of my favorites. Great choices, all around and I can definitely see you integrating some amethyst, opal and glow powder into one of your ' deep space' themed rings! Also, in reference to the reptilian, green opal ring, you actually could allow for a pattern with the opal inlay, since many reptiles have a unique pattern to their skin. I think that would translate well to the inlays of that particular style of ring. Again, GREAT BUILD!

@jbtechcon7434

Alpha, you can machine just about any material, even brittle or fibry materials, if you slow-impregnate it with resin, turn it slooowly, and use diamond tools. That said, I don't know why anyone would want selenite crumbs glued into a faux-opal band instead of a nicely mounted small selenite crystal or cabochon.

How long does the glow powder hold a UV "Charge"? I guess my question is, after wearing one of these in the light for an extended period of time (hour or so), how long would it maintain a discernible glow in the dark?
